Understanding the Software world

Softwares are basically divided into two categories. They are: application softwares and system softwares. Application softwares are those which the users makes use of for working on his present workstation whereas system softwares are those which the computer uses to interact with the user and provide a result wanted by the user.

Every program we use are created by other assembly level languages which give the features to the softwares. These are called programming languages and are usually done in non-graphic mode. Some of these programs are C, C++, C#, Java etc. These programs create the programs which we use and give them their features. Most softwares are user-friendly and do not need any training to use. But the programming languages need a lot of training and expertise to create another program which can be used on windows based platforms.
